Privacy Policy

This website is operated by M. Mohammad, author of The Tech Manager's Playbook Series ("we," "us"). We keep things simple: this site exists to publish useful project-management material, explain the products and services, and point you to where transactions and subscriptions are handled.

What this site collects

This is primarily a static site — there are no accounts or comment sections. The Free Project Delivery Health Check includes an optional post-download email form. If you use it, the email address you enter is sent only to deliver the one-time workbook link; a separate marketing checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on that optional form as an anti-abuse/security check before the email request is accepted.

Our hosting provider may record standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure, as virtually all websites do.

Email signups and purchases

The Free Project Delivery Health Check workbook can be downloaded immediately from this site without providing an email address. If you optionally request a one-time workbook link by email, Cloudflare Turnstile validates the anti-abuse token server-side before the request can proceed, and the transactional message is then delivered through Resend. If you separately check the marketing-consent box, the consent and email address are also copied to the public brand inbox so the request can be honored.

When you download another free resource or buy a book, playbook, template, or Project Delivery Health Audit, the transaction happens on Gumroad, our store and merchant of record. Gumroad collects your email address and payment details under its own privacy policy. If you subscribe to the newsletter directly, that signup is handled by Substack under its own privacy policy.

Project Delivery Health Audit submissions

After purchasing the Audit, you receive a client intake document and evidence-submission instructions. The current beta workflow asks you to email the completed intake and relevant project evidence to m.mohammad.writes@gmail.com. If supporting evidence is too large for email, you may provide authorized file-sharing/download links.

Only submit project material you are authorized to share. Remove passwords, credentials, API keys, secrets, access tokens, unnecessary personal information, and sensitive information that is not required to understand project delivery. The Audit does not require unrestricted access to company systems.

Submitted material is used to perform and deliver the Audit. Client documents, company names, project names, or identifiable excerpts will not be published as examples, testimonials, or case material without explicit permission. Your email provider and any file-sharing service you choose may process submitted material under their own terms and privacy policies.

What we do with your email

Cookies and analytics

We do not run advertising cookies. For the Free Project Delivery Health Check funnel, we record a small set of first-party acquisition events through Cloudflare Analytics Engine: landing-page view, workbook-preview view, workbook download, optional email-form start/acceptance, separate marketing opt-in, and Audit CTA click. We preserve source/referrer/UTM attribution where available using browser session storage.

These Health Check analytics do not include project names, workbook contents, self-ratings, evidence notes, missing-information notes, contradiction flags, threat flags, email addresses, or other project data.

Third-party links

This site links to outside platforms — including Gumroad, Substack, Medium, X, Bluesky, Pinterest, and customer-selected file-sharing services. Cloudflare Turnstile provides anti-abuse/security validation for the optional Health Check email form, and the optional workbook-link email is processed by Resend. Once you use or leave this site for a third-party service, that service's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email us at m.mohammad.writes@gmail.com. For data held by Gumroad, Substack, an email provider, or another third party, you can also contact those platforms directly.

Children

This site and our products and services are intended for working professionals and are not directed at anyone under 16.
