These terms cover your use of this website and the digital products and services of The Tech Manager's Playbook Series by M. Mohammad. By using the site, downloading a resource, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to them.

Purchases

All direct sales are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Gumroad's terms govern payment, taxes, and the transaction itself; the current refund policy for each product or Commission is stated on its Gumroad product page. If anything goes wrong with your order, email us.

Project Delivery Health Audit

The Project Delivery Health Audit is an async project-delivery assurance assessment for one active software-delivery project. The three-business-day delivery window begins after the submitted intake and evidence package is accepted as review-ready, not automatically at checkout.

The assessment is based on the evidence you submit. Missing evidence is recorded as uncertainty rather than automatically treated as project failure. The service includes one executive-ready Audit report and one async clarification round.

The Audit is not a technical architecture or code review, security or penetration test, formal QA certification, legal or contract advice, financial audit, regulatory certification, individual employee-performance assessment, comprehensive PMO maturity assessment, or guaranteed schedule prediction.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to share submitted project material and for removing credentials, secrets, unnecessary personal data, and out-of-scope sensitive material before submission.

Your license

When you download or purchase a book, playbook, template pack, workbook, or other resource made available by The Tech Manager's Playbook, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one person. You may:

• Read and use the content across your own devices
• Use the prompts, templates, and workflows freely in your own professional work — including paid client and employer work

You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly repost the files or their contents, in whole or in substantial part, or use them to create competing products. Team and organizational licenses are available on request via the contact page.
